We
were in San Jose on May
2, 2008 celebrating our
10th wedding anniversary
and staying at the Courtyard
Marriott. We
were disappointed when
we were told they didn't
have room service and
then asked where a good
place to have dinner
would be. We were directed
to your establishment. Our
dinner experience was
first class all the
way. The
flavors of the food,
the atmosphere, everything
was unbelivable. Antonio
was our waiter, he
was
outstanding!!! We
could have easily
been
given the impression
that we didn't belong
in your restaurant
perhaps we weren't
dressed correctly
or maybe we didn't
fit in, but that wasn't
the case. It
felt like home like
we belonged and you
don't get that feeling
very often. I
have to reflect
on
the food again. It
was the best food
we have ever eaten!
No
doubt about it.
As
a matter of fact,
I don't even want
to cook dinner
for my family
again because
it's going to be
so disappointing
after the meal
we had at Vito's.
We
live in Salinas
and plan to drive
up to San Jose
for special dinners
when we get the
chance. Having
dinner in your
restaurant
made our anniversary
something we will
never forget. Thank
you so much for
the experience
and we look forward
to our next visit.

While we were there
we kept searching for
a restaurant with
good authentic Italian
Cuisine. We
finally found it at
Vito's Trattoria. I
had some of the best
Calamari, I have ever
tasted in my life.
